Market tour
On the first day we will go to the biggest market in Bkk where you will see all kinds of Thai food some of which you would never have seen before . We will be at the market from 8 am.-10 am so you can learn about the types of chillis, ginger and basil etc that we use in Thai cooking.
Supermarket tour
The Supermarket tour is one of the most important things that we offer to students because it's important to familiarize yourself with the full set of standard Thai seasonings so you can easily find what you're looking for in an asian grocery shop or supermarket back home. We teach you about the different kinds of seasoning combinations used to produce most types of Thai food, and how to choose ingredients based on their function, appearance, freshness, smell, and feel. We teach you all the basic sauces used in traditional Thai dishes and amounts and proportions of each ingredient necessary for both commercial and home cooking. We use in Thailand.
